I am sure all of you have at least once craved the salad served as an accompaniment to delicious biryani at restaurants. here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
Onions 200G (thinly sliced)
100G Roasted Gram (Puthana)
Mint, one Handful
Salt, to taste
Method:
Just chuck everything into a Mixie jar and give it a couple of pulses. It's done !
It doesn't get and simpler than that.
